“We had so much fun with Lucy as our photographer! We had an engagement shoot before our wedding which was so lovely to get to know each other and get rid of any nerves. On our wedding day as well Lucy was so fab, her laidback approach helped us not to stress about anything and to trust her and the photos were amazing! We were so excited receiving our sneak peak album the day after the wedding and kept looking through the pictures and were really happy to have those special memories so quickly to share with family and friends. She was also really quick to get in contact with us and always on hand if we had any questions, and on the wedding day all of our friends and family commented on how lovely Lucy was – we all just had loads of fun together! We’d really recommend Lucy as your photographer if you are looking for someone who’ll help you relax, have lots of fun and take some great photos!”

Hannah & Alistair

Being from Manchester myself I was super excited to shoot a wedding at the gorgeous venue King Street Townhouse.

King Street Townhouse is located in the heart of Manchester and is surrounded by some of the city’s best bars and restaurants which you can see as you take in the panoramic views on the rooftop terrace.

The great thing about having your wedding venue in the heart of the city is that you have so many options as to where to take your couple portraits. Obviously, you have a beautiful venue where the wedding is taking place but, you also have the whole of Manchester City Center at your disposal. Hannah and Alistair wanted to go for a city stroll. With my style being natural and candid I really loved this idea. We headed over to St Peters Square where you have the famous Manchester library and the beautiful arched walkway. After our wander through the street of Manchester, we headed back to the rooftop terrace at King Street Townhouse to get the final couple portraits of the day. The sun was setting and you could see the whole of the Manchester cityscape in the background of their photos.
