Thank you for helping to make our day perfect. The photographs are everything we hoped for and more and you were able to really capture the happiness and laughter from the day.”

Lauren & Mark

I started my day at Lauren & Marks gorgeous country house, located in the middle of the Shropshire countryside surrounded by beautiful landscapes, I couldn’t think of a more idyllic location to start the day. Their estate was gorgeous with huge, pristine gardens, horses and a selection of white and pink blossom trees that lead up to the marquee that was to hold the evening reception. It was a picture-perfect setting for a wedding.

When I arrived everyone was in great spirits and the girls were getting their hair and make-up done. There was plenty of laughter and smiles and I knew we were in for a great day.

The ceremony took place in the beautiful St Nicholas Church, located in the heart of Shropshire which was filled with flowers, perfect for the girlie gorgeous bride. The ceremony began with smiles all around and finished with a big cheer from everyone inside the church. It was a romantic ceremony, full of lots of laughter and excited hand squeezes.

After the ceremony, it was time to head back to beautiful marquee. The weather was perfect, the sun was shining and there wasn’t a cloud in the sky. The guests and bridal party arrived first, then the bride and groom rocked up before being greeted with a shower of confetti. After a few drinks and appetisers in the beautiful gardens, we did the group and couple portrait shots.

Onto dinner and speeches, followed by cake and dancing. It stayed warm and bright well into the evening which meant that the drinking games and general merriment carried on outside, aided by a fish and chip van and beautiful sunset.

It was a great day with Lauren & Mark Some of my favourite images from their summer wedding are below.
